After two years since Victor had created his monster, his life had reached a guilt trip pit fall. The monster has yet to tell its story, but it had most likely went through a series of constant isolation and being on the run. For every person it had encountered, they screamed in terror from his presence, so it killed the screamer to quiet them down. Its appearance kept it from even having a chance to connect with anyone.

Do to the poor creation’s wretched appearance he mostly likely lived in relative isolation for the past two years. I imagine, since he was essentially an infant incapable of speech and he now speaks in an eloquent and refined manner, he remains closed to society. He probably lived on the fringe of society, educating himself with his observations, ultimately learning to speak and problem solve. But with his wretched appearance he was most likely forced to constantly relocate, because anytime he was discovered he would have been chased away by frightened villagers.

I think the monster came into the world with no control over his emotions. I think he did in fact kill those people, but didn't really understand why. I think he probably tried to connect with people and have a relationship with other humans, but they rejected him. He probably watched the humans to learn what they did and then act like them.

I think in the two years that Victor worked on his studies and projects, he really lost his anchor to the rest of the world. His lack of reason and his adamant pursuit of this sacrilegious goal was his ambition. But our ambition is tempered by our morals, and reason. He abused reason and lost sight of his morals by secluding himself. He is very at fault for the hardships of his life, but they could have been avoided rather easily.

I imagine the creature has traveled the world and seen many things. He has probably had to learn to survive in the elements since no one in their right mind would look at the monster and want to help him. I also think he had to get out of trouble that he inevitably got into.
