It gives a good overview of Tocquieville's ideas of patriotism, I also like the indtroduction, which says exactly what you're going to write about.

I like how i can read this and find both things that we have in common on this blog as well as read about a total different view on what he writes and what you interpret. It was all in all a very well written blog, as well as simple (not too simple), and intelligently written.

first of, well written blog Cj. you clearly state out what Kristol is trying to get across and you integrate quotes well into your response. although, if im not mistaken, your header is a bit wrong. other than that, great blog

You have a lot of very short sentences in the beginning, but even though i did not read the exert you have 'blogged' about i can still understand what Tolstoy's main idea was, and how he supported them. Good blog congrats. :)
